Our self-launch kit

If you don’t mind rolling your sleeves up, the best way to plot a course for your brand is to do it yourself. You know the business inside out, so with a bit of a steer, you can put together your own guidelines for a fraction of the price a branding agency would charge.

Craft it yourself

The Slipway Self-Launch Kit guides you through the whole process of establishing a robust brand identity, in an easy to follow question and answer format. Beginning with your brand story, working through verbal and visual identity and finishing with messaging frameworks. At every stage, examples help to make concepts clear so you can bring your own vision to life.

At the end of the course, you’ll have a blueprint for your brand guidelines and a direction for your marketing communications. You may still need to use AI or a professional to finesse your design, but you’ll be in a better position to brief them.

This is not a quick fix - there is a lot of detail to be covered, and the course is designed to help you immerse yourself in your brand’s purpose rather than opting for a short cut. AI may be able to offer a solution after it asks you half a dozen questions, but the results will be generic and easily forgettable. There’s a reason branding agencies charge thousands!

We will concentrate hard on what your brand stands for and who you are aiming to talk to, so that you end up with a unique brand story and tone of voice that your audience can recognise and trust.
